At Cookie Jar HQ, all of our treats are made fresh-to-order, baked with love, and shipped straight from our ovens. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns

Due to the nature of our baked goods, we do not accept physical returns of any cookies, parfaits, or edible products.

Refunds & Replacements

Your satisfaction matters to us. You may be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement if:

  • Your order arrived damaged
  • Your package was lost in transit
  • You received the wrong item
  • There is a quality issue that can be verified with photos

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can help.

How to Request Help

Email our team at team@cookiejarhq.shop with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once our team reviews your claim, we will determine whether a refund, store credit, or replacement is appropriate.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are not able to issue refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located
  • Customer taste preferences (you simply didn’t like the flavor or texture)
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather
  • Failure to follow storage or handling instructions provided

Order Cancellations

Because we bake fresh-to-order, orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, production and preparation may already be in progress and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
